These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StockGitter platform, websites, applications, products, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using StockGitter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use StockGitter. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

StockGitter is a financial education and planning platform designed to help users better understand financial concepts, planning strategies, simulations, and market-related information.

• To scrape, mine, harvest, or extract platform data without permission
• To interfere with platform operations or security
• To impersonate another individual or entity
• To engage in abusive, fraudulent, or misleading conduct

Unauthorized automated access to the Platform is prohibited.

StockGitter may provide educational simulations, projections, AI-generated insights, planning tools, calculators, or automated guidance.

These features are provided for informational and educational purposes only and may not reflect real-world outcomes.

StockGitter makes no guarantees regarding:

• Financial outcomes

• Accuracy of projections
• Suitability of recommendations

Users should independently evaluate all financial decisions.

You retain ownership of content you submit to StockGitter, including profile information, planning inputs, comments, uploads, or other materials ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant StockGitter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, adapt, and display such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Contains malicious software

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using StockGitter, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Certain features or services may require payment or subscription access.

Pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and feature availability may change over time.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments are non-refundable
• Subscription access may be suspended for failed payments
• StockGitter reserves the right to modify or discontinue features

StockGitter may release beta, experimental, or early-access features.

These features may contain bugs, interruptions, inaccuracies, or incomplete functionality.

StockGitter provides beta features "as is" without warranties or guarantees.

We strive to maintain reliable platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

StockGitter may suspend, modify, update, or discontinue portions of the Platform at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockGitter disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockGitter and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Reliance on platform content or simulations

Where liability cannot be excluded, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you to StockGitter during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StockGitter, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Your submitted content

StockGitter reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or conduct that may harm the Platform or its users.

By using StockGitter, you acknowledge that your information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.

StockGitter may revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
